What is a contribution to the Innovation Area

The Innovation area will host showcasing of new products, prototypes or service innovations

The presentations can have a poster format to be displayed at a conference open area, but will also be assigned a time for presentation. Each product or prototype presentations or presentations of software and/or services, will typically last 25 minutes (in an one hour slot of 2 presentations).

Each contributor can present only two (2) products or services.

Innovation area is part of the Inclusion Forum. Submitting a proposal is possible between January 1^st 2025, and May 16^th 2025. As soon as the proposal is received it will be reviewed by the organising committee who will provide feedback.

The attached template must be completed in all its sections.
