Accessible Parking Places at the Conference Venue
There are parking places designated for persons with disabilities at premises of the European University Cyprus. These can be found at:
- Visitor’s parking area
- West parking Area
- Monitored parking lot for staff (available to the conference participants)
- East block parking area

Accessibility at Conference Plenary Sessions
Live Captioning and International Sign Language Interpretation will be available during the AAATE 2025 Conference Plenary Sessions on the following dates:

Navigating the Conference Venue
Signs and symbols will be available around the campus indicating main conference sessions and event locations.
Staff will be available in all session rooms, corridors, open areas and registration desk for information and accessibility support.
Session Rooms will be identified in colour coding, room number and sessions’ types and details.
Campus maps with relevant information on wheelchair accessible entrances and bathrooms, as well as to security and assembly point in case of emergency will be available in print in the conference bag, and they can also be downloaded from here in pdf format:
